Product Description

Octopus is delicious, but chewier than squid.  Remove the head: there’s not a lot that you would want to eat there, anyway.  Recommend that you boil it once thawed.  At one to two pounds, that probably means 6 or 7 minutes.  Put into a cooking pot with whatever herbs and seasonings you like, and braise in the oven for three or four hours.  Serve with lemon and butter.    Chop it up to toss into the wok or skillet just before serving.  Sake makes an excellent accompanying beverage.
